Next Monday, 19th July, I'll be appearing at The Next Big Thing: Belonging and Becoming at The Moat at the Wheeler Centre. I'll be reading poems from A CLEAR DAWN: New Asian Voices from Aotearoa New Zealand (Auckland University Press) - edited by the fabulous Alison Wong & Paula Morris - plus a selection of new poems yet to be decided: possibly from my current [untitled] WIP inspired by the stories of early Chinese settlers to Melbourne and regional Victoria. I'll be in excellent company: Sinead Stubbins, Paige Clark and (fellow CLEAR DAWN contributor) Wen-Juenn Lee will also be reading - apparently we four are 'electric writers'!
